COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
...created to aid in deciphering the puzzles along life’s road, and interpreting signs in the voyages of the spirit. Brewed in homage to the wisdom of visionaries everywhere who blaze paths into uncharted territories. Our take on an India Pale Ale (IPA.) A deep golden amber ale with a rich up-front malty nose finishing with a big, hoppy bite. Dry-hopped to finish with a big fresh (Cascade) hop flavor. Fermented with our 150 year old strain of top-fermenting yeast.

Not the best IPA out there but not the worst in my opinion. You got the nice smell of pine the beautiful golden look and most important that sweet hop taste.

A slightly better than average IPA. Very well balanced. Lots of sweet caramel and a little bit of butter cancel out the piney hops.

Bottle. This is a pretty basic IPA without much going for it. I would look for a left coast IPA.

FROM NOTES: August 12, ’12. From a 12 ounce bottle into a tulip. A: Very malty with toasted notes, hints of citrus and very subtle hints of earthy hops A: Pours a slightly hazy orange copper color with a thick, one inch cream head that dissipates slowly, leaving substantial lacing. T: More bitter than the nose lets on with a citrus like hop finish. Malts and a nutty like taste in the finish. P: Medium bodied with ok carbonation. Slight alcohol presence. O: A decent and very sessionable IPA, great for a summer night outside with a group. The smell leaves something to be desired for an IPA though.

Lots of fruity aroma overpowering the hops. Malt drowns out much of the bitter bite I expect in an IPA. Clean, citrus finish. Not bad on its own but not what I look for in an IPA ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Solide IPA, je la trouve un peu moins sucré que la plupart et il y a un petit goût boisé qui la différentie de la masse.

Forgot to rate this one a few weeks ago. Fairly average IPA, mild sweet taste up front, and medium bitter finish in this medium bodied IPA.

The Blind Faith pours a cloudy sharp orange with a frothy off-white head that lasts a good while and leaves decent lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet almost like a muffin with strong orange citrus hops. The flavor is loaded with bitter hops. I get some pine and some citrus hops. Overall this is a pretty decent beer but not one of my favorites.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and malt with subtle grassy touches. Intense, hoppy flavour with acetic notes and a sublt malty touch. Bitter finish. Acceptable.

Well...I have to admit this is one of the first beers that got me into craft beer and I was happy to see this on the shelves again. Heck I haven’t even rated it yet! Pours a lightly hazy copper orange with a medium off white bubbly head. Aroma of that classic magic hat yeast. You know a little buttery and a little woody but it works in this beer. Lots of tropical fruit notes and maybe my mind is doing trick on me and warping me back 10 years but I swear I get some apricot too. Flavor is very fruity. Moderate bitterness and also some of the same woody/buttery notes the aroma had.
