smashteroid (144), USA Mar 30, 2008 Served on tap from the brewery in Burlington. It was a clear golden color with a frothy head that quickly dissipated. Aroma was definitely hoppy with maybe a small amount of fruit in there as well, though I can’t pick out which fruit. It wasn’t as bitter as the aroma implied, but it was still a nice beer to drink that I would probably drink again.
ucusty (853), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Jul 15, 2008 Copper pour decent head that leaves a nice lace behind. Piney aroma. Malty sweet up front with a cascade hop finish. Good, but a far cry from some others I’ve had metsbcd (79), Connecticut, USA Jul 15, 2008 Had this one a while ago. It was a solid, but unspectacular beer. Pretty hoppy. phishpond417 (1162), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA May 19, 2008 Pours a light copper colour with a medium sized white head. Floral, and slightly piney- aroma is pleasently hopped. Initial taste of sweet malts which quickly pans out into grapefruit and tangerine. Finishes semi dry. changeup45 (530), Orlando, Florida, USA Apr 12, 2008 This is a nice all around beer. If not my favorite certainly one of my favorite from Magic Hat. Copper color topped with a medium white head that leaves a nice amount of lacing on the glass. Maintains a nice head throughout. A very smooth fruity taste with a hops flavor as well. Very slight bitter, hoppy finish. A great balance to this beer! As I recall, nice hoppy IPA. Golden with a hoppy and fruity palate. A bit sour for my taste.
