Jul 9, 2008 This ??? poured a golden colour with a foamy bright white head. To the nose there are scents of pineapple, lemons, yeast and grass. First taste was smooth and a little watery with flavours of hopps and ripe fruit. The finish is hoppy?or lemony? Not too bad but thin.

Jul 7, 2008 Bottle Pours out a cloudy yellow with a hint of orange topped with a white head. Aroma of yeast and spice like a German hef. Picked up even a little clove. Tast of citrus and yeast quite the combo. odd

Jul 6, 2008 Draft at Culpeppers. Pours hazy yellow with small white head slightly foamy. Nose is sweet citrus with mild banana and spice and some wheaty notes. Taste is mostly ctirusy fruit with a touch of banana and spice with a wheaty base. Crisp, clean finish. Not to bad.

Jul 5, 2008 From a 12 fl. oz. bottle with an expiration date of Jul. ’08. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a foamy white head the dissolves quickly. Aroma is very yeasty and little fruity. The flavor has a complex mixture of citrus and spice. I like the idea that they used lemongrass in the recipe. This was a pretty decent brew.

Jul 5, 2008 Pours cloudy orange yellow with about two fingers of stark white, slowly dissipating head. A zest of lemon in the odor. Thin mouthfeel that starts with a hint of lemongrass and just ends in a nondescript slight hop bitterness. Meh.

Jul 2, 2008 The aroma is malty with some lemongrass, wheat, banana, hops, and yeast but is really nothing like a hefe. The appearance is hazy gold with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is well carbonated making it smooth but thin. Overall it’s good just not hefe good.

Jun 30, 2008 This poured cloudy yellow in color. The aromas were of creamy banana, lemon, bubblegum and spice. In the mouth it was medium-bodied with a dry finish.

Jun 27, 2008 Typical cloudy haze for the style. Nose of lemon, bannana, and bread dough. Taste was thin and watery. Pourly made and not representative of the style in my opinion.
