Has a very strong lemon scent and a powerful dry lemon flavor, definitely caught me off guard with the hefeweizen label. Haslinger (642), Syracuse, New York, USA

Ap - Poured a cloudy golden blonde. No head and a light lacing.
Ar - A fruity smell, almost a sour smell (although not unpleasant). This smell was clearer after the taste.
F - A definate apple taste, definately agree with the apple cider taste, alhtough I think it was fairly prevalent in the the taste.
P / O - Good, Easy going beer. Very refreshing. Not much hop but thats okay once in a while. Would drink again for sure. WesKBob (321), Bethany, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 1, 2008 A very interesting beer. Pours a light yellow color with only a minimal fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is similar to your standard hefeweizen, with some citrus and spice (clove or nutmeg) rounding it out. The flavor is very sweet for a hef, but not overpowering and rounds out to a nice smooth finish. mcox90 (626), Wilton, USA

Pours a hazy yellow amber straw color with a wispy white head and spotty lacing. Nose is slightly lemony and wheaty. Mouthfeel is moderate with mild carbonation. Flavor is the aforementioned lemon ( mild ) and wheat. Not to shabby. Good summer brew. changeup45 (788), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 12, 2008 Updated: Sep 9, 2008I got this from their Summer variety 12 pack. Hazy, murky, tanish color with a pretty thick off-white head and quite a bit of lacing left on the glass. I’m actually not sure if that’s the beer, or the fact that this may have shifted. The aroma isn’t the greatest, it smells like some sort of mild chemical. The flavor is a bit better but I’ve got to warn you, if you don’t like a lemon zing then you’re not going to like this. Mostly lemon with this odd mild cleaning formula taste mixed in and in case you were wondering, that’s a bad thing. I ended up with one of the three bottles from this mixed pack sitting for a long long time because I never felt like drinking it and that’s also not a good thing. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 12, 2008 Dec. 2007 - Pour was clear golden with little head and no lacing. Weak aroma of wheat. Flavor was weak wheat base with a sort of annoying citrus zing and a sour finish. Kind of meh. speedywinger (27), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 11, 2008 Bottle from Grocery store near Brewery. Slightly cloudy yellow/gold. Small white head that quickly dissolves to almost none. Fairly strong lemongrass aroma with notes of citrus/orange. Much the same for the flavor - sweet citrus and lemongrass. Finish is sweet and dry. Mouthfeel is fizzy. I would enjoy this more on a patio on a hot summer day.
