Nov 26, 2007 Hazy golden yellow pour with a thick head of small bubbles. Mild malty nose with light hops presence. Pleasant and without off scents. Tangy light and refreshing taste. Finishing with some faint hops. Body fluid and fizzy in a good way.

Nov 21, 2007 Really liked this beer. Pours really cloudy off amber with no head. Smell is citusy almost hopsy. Flavor is very lemony. Mouthfeel is smooth and dry.

Nov 14, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy tan, with a lose white head that laces well. Weird plastic aroma. Medium body, with a tangy wheat flavor. Also some floral flavors as well, must be the lemongrass.

Pours a hazy, opaque apple cider color with a fizzy white head. Active carbonation evident in quickly dissipating head with little lacing.
Citrus and spice on the nose, most specifically orange peel. Aroma is light and fresh.
In terms of flavor, not much of the citrus promised in the nose. Medium-light body livened by active carbonation. Subtle malt flavors through a relatively dry and short finish. A slightly off sour note in the background is noticeable with the absence of a strong flavor profile.
Overall, not a particularly engaging beer, especially in terms of flavor. Light and refreshing, however, probably a good choice for an outdoor summer event.
Just found out this has lemongrass added - taste that now. Agree with The BeerLover that this would go well with Thai food.

Oct 25, 2007 Pours a cloudy golden color. The aroma is very interesting. Not something I was expecting from a bottle called hefeweizen. Aroma is lemon and slight wheat. Fruit flavor comes through. Somewhat of a quick finish and medium bodied beer.
