Sep 12, 2007 On tap, 9/9/07. Pours a very cloudy yellow with stark white foam, little bit of lacing. Aroma shows signs of yeast bite, little bit of malt in there too. Flavor starts off soft and builds to more of a strange yeast bite. Reminds me of a lot of recent beers that have a strange flavor resulting from 1056-ish yeasts, either I’m losing my mind or this yeast just doesn’t jive with me.

Sep 11, 2007 12oz bottle I had @ the Dream Away lodge in The berkshires. Pours golden with a bubbly bright white head. Nose has some wheaty characteristics. Taste is sweet, refined and pretty damn tasty. I’m going to have to differ with a lot of the recent raters, I thought it was pretty damn good.

Sep 10, 2007 This beer is hard for me to describe, but I think I found a two wors that work; totally nasty. The nose, color, and, flavor don’t bother me at all but the finish reminded me of caster oil, not very appealing.

Sep 9, 2007 Clear golden yellow with nice lacing of a white head. The aroma has malty citrusy aromas. Flavour is light and slightly grainy. Clean body that isn’t too watery. I wasn’t picking up too much from this one.

Sep 4, 2007 bottle - Pours cloudy yellow with a thin, dissipating head. There’s a good aroma of citrus and spice. The flavor is bland, particularly at first. The blend of citrus and spices comes out much more as it warms. Light bodied with lively carbonation, this brew is a decent wheat beer.

Sep 3, 2007 Pours a dark hazy orange color with some foamy white head. Aroma is very much citric hops, lemon and grapefruit, sweet grasses and a bit of pepper. Flavor is a bit watery but also a bit bitter and peppery, slight pineapple banana and yeast taste. Overall, pretty good.
