Its always nice to find a beer that is unique, something that seperates itself from others of the same style... this is definitely one of those beers. Has a very strong lemon scent and a powerful dry lemon flavor, definitely caught me off guard with the hefeweizen label.

Jul 22, 2008 slight murky yellow pour with a thin layer of white froth. yeasty scent along with notes of orange. the flavor is all fruits and the carbonation is a little too much.

Jul 15, 2008 I never got why people rave about this brewery. Sort of been let down with stuff I’ve have tried of thiers. Not very good Hefe at all. Left a filmy feeling on my tongue and did not get any of that classic hefe refrshment. The commercial note says it is a vegetable beer, which makes more sense cause at times I felt like I was drinking stewed zuccini.

Jul 13, 2008 Hazy yellow color with faint white head. Orange/citrus aroma with a slight hop bite in the flavor coupled with the citrus undertone.
