Bottle. This one came from Nate Vanderpool in a multi pack that he brought to the Belmont party. It has a wheat beer smell but this one is much more sour or tangy in the nose than just a regular weizen. Flavor is pretty nice. Refreshing and spicy with a sourness and a tartness that is interesting and different. quite light and nice. Good summer brew.

Dec 3, 2008 This was ok at best. The lemongrass was a noble idea and certinally shows through the beer.
The Aroma was pretty faint, some yeast, some citrus.
Flavor starts of like lemon dish soap, but gets a bit better. The flavor certinally features a lemon grass however there is a lightly roasted malt flavor as well. Not much else going on though.

Dec 3, 2008 Hazy gold with light, white head / Sour, spicy nose / Medium body, low carbonation, creamy with decent finish / Flavors of orange peel, lemon, wheat, honey, and coriander / Not pickup up the lemongrass exactly, or the hefeweizen character, but a nice, fruity wheat.

Nov 28, 2008 Cloudy yellow color wiht a fluffy head. the aroma is of malt, and some yeast not very strong. the taste is a wheat flavor with an ending in hops. and some other notes. some lacing.
