Dream Machine, an India Pale Lager or IPL, is a melding of varied visions of an India Pale Ale and an Amber Lager. Once poured, its light copper color delights the eyes and a citrusy hop aroma flows through the nose. Upon first sip, a smooth hop bitterness reveals itself - fresh, bold and slightly spicy - before subtle hints of mild maltiness appear. A big hop bite and a crisp, clean lager finish combine for a beautifully balanced beer. Take Dream Machine for a spin and let your reverie begin.

Tasty beer. The IPL is now on ky radar, between this and the Sam Adams version. Clean finish, soft mouthfeel. Fairly light and easy to drink.

Pour from a 12oz bottle. AMber brew iwth white head. Aroma of resin, some fruit and sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt at the start with a hops forward resin and bitter. Stays sweet to the end with a little tropical fruit emerging at the very end of the swallow. Good but too sweet for my taste....

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a large foamy off-white head. Average head retention. Aroma of floral, citrus hops and mild caramel. The taste is tropical, citrus hops, gummy bears, mild caramel malts. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering bitterness. Decent.

12 oz bottle from Evergreen Discount. Dark orange and light hazy appearance with some sediment. Smaller beige head with light lacing and active carbonation. Aroma of citrus hops, toasted grains, grass, herbs, pine and light spice. Flavor of mild to medium spicy bitterness and light malt sweetness. Crisp, pretty clean and easy to drink. Light to medium body with a hoppy finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Pretty average beer. Wasn't a huge fan. I'm more of an IPA guy and now I know why. Not a #9... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
