COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dream Machine, an India Pale Lager or IPL, is a melding of varied visions of an India Pale Ale and an Amber Lager. Once poured, its light copper color delights the eyes and a citrusy hop aroma flows through the nose. Upon first sip, a smooth hop bitterness reveals itself - fresh, bold and slightly spicy - before subtle hints of mild maltiness appear. A big hop bite and a crisp, clean lager finish combine for a beautifully balanced beer. Take Dream Machine for a spin and let your reverie begin.

Pours an amber to golden color. No real head to speak of. Aroma is bland. There is some hops to this. A bit of citrus. Some type of spice that you can taste at the tip. Ends with a bit of bitterness. Overall a mediocre beer that is not worth getting again. Drinkable but forgettable.

Bottle. Nose of malt, caramel, faint citrus. Dark amber pour with white head that died too quickly. Initial watery mouth feel, but then the hops show up. Kind of an odd thing if you ask me. After taste is late but nicely bitter. Slightly higher alcohol content not detected. Little malt. Leaves a bitter coating in the mouth. Kind of a strange brew, but overall OK.

I like Dream Machine, but I donít love it. Itís bitter enough to want to cook with rather than drink, and as a beer for cooking, itís quite good. Iíve used it in the crock pot with chicken a half dozen times and it really adds something to it.

Bottle at Brewerkz, Sentosa Boardwalk, Singapore. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light caramel resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light citrus, toffee resin hop bitter palate and a lingering light bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

5.7%ABV. IPL. Poured out of the bottle a slightly cloudy amber. 16ļSRM. Nose is beery and wheaty with a clean citrus finish. Mouthfeel is carbonated and light. There are sweet, malty, bready, biscuit flavors, cut by some nice fresh hops. The finish is brief, clean with a herbaceously fresh bitterness. Nice balanced lager. Not much character, but a very balanced, well thought out and executed brew. Very nice and very pleasant recommended for first time hop explorers.

Bottle... Pours clear and golden with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Fantastic retention. The aroma features grapefruit, peppery hops and tea biscuits. Medium-bodied and lightly abrasive with busy carbonation. Nicely balanced with crisp, citrusy bitterness and a toasted, malty undertone. Finishes dry and a touch abrasive.

spicy and floral hops. sweet lager bite with a good dose of malt too. Weakish body like most MH brews, though. Just so so.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, malt, and caramel, leading to a very bitter v finish.
