In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with light raspberry notes and light butterscotch. Tasted at Raquette River Beer and Wine Fest, July 13 2012.

Appearance was hazy gold with white rocky/creamy diminishing 2 finger head, no lacing. Aromas of sweet pils, pale, hints of wheat malts. Elderberry are faint with bready farmhouse yeasty nose. Taste is sweet malt backbone, hints of grainy wheat, noble spicey hops, berry tartness with mellow bready yeasts going on. Palate was crisp soft CO2 with light body, spicey lasting tarty yeasty finish. A decent session Weiss.

Draft, Easy brew to drink in the summer. Mild Wheat brew, hints of wheat, berry, tart, but well balanced. Clean crisp taste, good session beer. Again, on the mild side.

Decent beer. Mediocre flavour with an average overall taste. Definitely not my first choice, but again, decent and I wouldn’t turn down a bottle.

2013-04-29. Hazy pastel yellow body, small white head. Fruity aroma, notes of elderberry. 6+ Flavour is mild, fruity, light bitterness and muted floral notes. Smooth average bodied palate, average carbonation. Enjoyable, pretty mild. Sampled at the brewery

Aroma is very citrus-like; humbled and not overpowering. Hazy golden - hop character is noticeable and eloquently balanced. Fitting of a weiss style beer.

A very mild Weiss that would be marginally acceptable if not for an overwhelming taste I can only describe as very overripe oversweet blueberries crossed with polgranette. Just barely drinkable enough that I will drink the other two in the mix pack. But what makes it mildly acceptable is that it is a light enough taste that you barely notice that its bad- you know, like with Bud Light, but involving fruit. A few more fruit beers like this and I might have to adopt Triple H?s "Man Law" from the old Miller Lite commercials- no beer with fruit (I?ll admit to liking some beers with *a little bit* of orange, lemon, or lime, and, oddly, cranberry lambics). Between this stuff and shandies, ugh. Summer seasonals have mostly jumped the shark. Time for a reboot. Someone try something radically different for beer next summer please.

12oz bottle from ABC on Betton. Murky gold pour with a thinnish bright white head that leaves a ring. Aroma is floral, sweet malts, light spices, wheat and blueberry. Pleasant enough funky blueberry up front, but doesn’t really go anywhere from there. Little orange and an earthy vibe.

Bottle: Color: light gold: Aroma: Tropical fruit/ Pineapple, light. Flavor: light, slightly watery but fresh taste, notes of apples and berries.

Bottle; poured a dull ruddy gold with a off white head. ARoma of wheat, bread, rotten fruit and elder berry. Flavor was fairly crisp with a touch of a tart bite in the finish. Some apples, grapes and fruit. Ok for the summer
