amber color, thin head. aroma is malt with some rye, flavor is much the same, a little sweet. body is thin, finish is dry, not great.

On tap at the brewery: Pours a pale copper brown with a thin tan head. Lightly sweet, malty body and aroma are complemented well with a touch of rye and a good balance of moderate bitterness. One of the better beers I tried there.

Deep amber body topped by a thin off white head with little lacing. Slighlty gariny rye aroma with a slight sweetness and a strange egg undertone. Slightly sweet and grainy rye flavor with good hoppy notes and a clean rye finish. Light to medium bodied, smooth and slightly dry.
