Not much of an aroma, I get a slight corn sugar smell. Amber in color with short white disappearing head. Very sweet on the tongue with a little smooked malt coming through. I get a lot of the cherry wood coming through that they used. Definitely get some caramel notes in there. Doesn’t remind me much of an Oktoberfest style beer.

Not what one would expect from an Octoberfest. Pours light amber with no head. Taste is of light malts and finishes clean. Kind of a boring take on a good style.

Copper pour. Aroma of caramel, butter, ivory soap, cereal. Flavor is very sweet, lots of grain, creamed corn, butter, splenda. Not so good.

On tap at square burger. Pours a deep ruby orange with a thin white head. The aromas are dough, musk. The mouthfeel is watery and bland with a medium to light body. Cheers!

Smells or sweet corn and some hints of grain. Wheat maybe? The color is almost pink, it’s translucent and lightly carbonated. Tastes lightly malted, with a hint of hops, grassy, unbalanced. The palate is crisp, yet creamy at the palate. Unbalanced and slightly offensive.

honey amber color mainly lacing typical fall malt aroma except for an off soapy quality a tinny taste and quality not one of my favorites

Billed as an "Ourtoberfest" *rollseyes*. It pours pretty much like a typical maerzen, it has an orangeish amber body with a foamy white head. The head dissipates very quickly and without lacing. The smell is slightly nutty, sweet, with a hint of mineral water. The flavor is sweet, there is almost a pickle spice character to it. There is a light breadiness and hop presence. There isn’t much going on here, a simple brew, but not in a pleasurable way. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 09-12-2010 17:57:22

12 oz. bottle. Pours a reddish amber with a small, thin white head. Aroma of vienna and crystal malt. Some crackers, dark bread. Dusty hops, a sweetness I can’t put my finger one. Flavor of crystal malts, caramel, mild rye, mostly vague and unidentifiable sweetness. Medium bodied. A chore to drink. Blech. After a few, this becomes disgusting. AVOID.
