COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hi.P.A. is a medium-bodied groove with a fresh and fruitful nose of tympanic temptation. It begins and ends with a big hop bite that is itself forever balanced on the brink by a steady rhythm of malt. Dry-hopped for extra quenching in the face of heat and beat, itís an ideal accompaniment to chilling out, turning inward or sailing onward through the music of the night toward the dawn of the mind. Itís the liquid way to say be here now lest you never come this way again.

Rated on 4-24-2009. This bottled beer pours a medium sized off-white frothy and very fizzy head with good retention. The hue of this beerís body is golden, the carbonation is fizzy and fast rising and there is a good amount of lacing. The Aroma is malty, fruity and citrus hops. Ditto for the taste along with some pine hops. The Palate is lightly tingly and this beer is light-medium bodied. Overall, a quaffable IPA and worth trying.

EtTuCthulhu (1023) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - SEP 11, 2013
This beer pours a hazy golden color with lots of fine-grain sediment floating throughout and a large white head, and the aroma is a blend of earthy yeast and floral and resin hops. The taste is quite bitter on the front that then subsides a little to reveal a mild sourness and a slight sweetness, which isnít necessarily the best combination because of that sour. The palate is fairly decent, though, due to the medium body, average carbonation, slick texture, and long finish.

Poured a pretty gold with a white head. Aroma of hops and pennies. Taste is alcohol and bitter lemon at the front, with a somewhat metallic hop finish. Grows on me with each drink, and balances out more. Nice beer overall.

Mild slight flavor upfront with a lingering hoppy flavor. The hops are sharp and crisp. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

To keep it simple itís a good beer not the best but good. For the price your getting a 6.7 abv beer with a strong hop aroma and a nice hoopy bite. Buy it, drink it, enjoy !!

Smells strong, more like a double than a single IPA. The color is nice orange. Iím glad there were 3 of these in the 12 pack because I wasnít convinced after the first two. This is actually pretty decent. Not anything extraordinary but certainly a satisfying IPA.

poured from bottle out of ""night of the living dead variety pack". yellow hazy color with thin white head. Aroma is light hops with dry lemon taste. Not the big Hop bite I was looking for. Not bad, just so so. Love a lot of other Magic Hat stuff.

Bottle from Publix Supermarket, Kissimmee, Florida. This is a hazy pale yellow beer with sweet topical fruit flavours, sharp citrus notes and a grapefruit finish. Excellent!

Big fresh hop flavor and aroma. Piney, slight floral character. Poor is light gold, very clear. Thin, quickly dissipating head. basic malt. Not a lot of specialty grain in this beer. Overall good beer. I am drinking this pretty fresh for a VT beer shipped to TX. Best beer out of the fall variety pack.

Tasted from bottle, from variety pack. 8/10/13. A nice ipa with a medium hop finish. Piney smell to it.
