Hi.P.A. is a medium-bodied groove with a fresh and fruitful nose of tympanic temptation. It begins and ends with a big hop bite that is itself forever balanced on the brink by a steady rhythm of malt. Dry-hopped for extra quenching in the face of heat and beat, itís an ideal accompaniment to chilling out, turning inward or sailing onward through the music of the night toward the dawn of the mind. Itís the liquid way to say be here now lest you never come this way again.

Apricot nose and aroma. Very hoppy too - but somehow edgy and unbalanced. Short finish - not that good.

Wow. What an aroma! Big, juicy, leafy hops make the salivary glands set to working. The flavor is more big, juicy hops, but thereís not a lot of bitterness. The body is a tad thin with the malt being overwhelmed by the hop bloom, but oh the glorious hops. Clear dark golden body with an ok white head.

GA 14% gathering. The pour produced a clear yellow beer that supported an average sized white head. The aroma was an even balance of light hops and malt. The flavor was balanced as well, but lacked the degree of assertiveness that I like in an IPA. Clean light bitterness towards the finish. Iíve got another one to try at a later time, but I was a little disappointed in this one as the Blind Faith IPA they brew is a winner.

Pale gold, not much head to speak of. Pine forest / lemon grove aroma. Piney, cedary, woodsy hop bite through out, then (rather surprisingly) finishes clean and crisp with little aftertaste.

Clear golden with a thick lacy white head. Aroma is fresh, bold and hoppy with some earthy malt presence. Smooth and sweet body has a bitter bite toward the finish. Kinda reminds me of a toned down version of Stone 7th Anniversary. A good, drinkable, and fresh IPA. Thanks to SpringsLicker for bringing this to the Georgia 14% gathering!

Pours nice amber color with a small white head that diminishes quickly. Nice IPA with a good balance of maltiness and hops in both the aroma and flavor. Somewhat metallic finish mars an otherwise good beer. Medium to full body, and creamy carbonation.

This smells EXACTLY like lemom palmolive detergent. Well this is off to a strange start already. Yellow color with a light head. Iím not catching alot of hops in this one. This tastes more ike a run of the mill APA. The mouthfeel is watery and bland. Easy drinking and little else. However you will not get dish pan hands! Decent.

Grapefruit hops are a bit overpowering. Some caramel and bread aromas are also present. Deep yellow body is hazy. Moderately sweet, moderately acidic flavor becomes a moderately acidic, heavily bitter finish. Medium boyd, watery texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: with the exception of Thumbsucker, Magic Hat continues to underwhelm me.

High expectations and slightly disappointed. This was still good but I wnated more from it. The pours is a clear golden amber with very little head just a slight bit of fizziness. The aroma is baby food, diapers and dirty dishwater. Extremely hoppy, this is a good thing, lots of grapefruit and other light fruits. There is just not enough of a malt backbone to make the body anyhing more than thin and medium bodied. This is all hops, but in an acidic unbalanced way. Finish is very crisp clean and dry.
