COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic summer wheat beer...it’s a light, crisp ale for mowing lawns, hitting lazy fly balls and communing with nature. Glowing like brilliant rays of golden sun, its malty sweetness finishes tart and crisp. Hocus Pocus is best appreciated with a wedge of orange. Offered as a sacrifice to cloudless days.

aroma- bready, yeasty, honey, small amount of floral hops. appearance- golden with frothy white head and fairly high carbonation. flavor- perfumy, floral hops, not much malt backbone, slight honey and wheatiness. palate- thin and unimpressive. overall- i would not buy it again.

Light sweet aroma to accompany the light yellow color of this beer. Nice full white head. Flavor is weak; subtle notes of wheat to go with an extremely thin finish. This isn’t a horrible beer but I expected better.

Bottle. poured a clear yellow color with not much head. Aroma was a bit of honey. the beer was kind of plan and not much to describe it. Just ok.

Bottle shared by swolf3. Clear yelllow in color, not much head. Aroma of light honey. Taste is a weak wheat beer. Honey, a little bit spicy but to be honest not much to write about. Below average beer,

I don’t know if I would call this a classic wheat beer but I felt it a decent session beer. It pours a light color with a nice head. It is sweet smelling and tasting. Great on a warm day and you can suck back a bunch of these without feeling it.

12oz bottle. Pours a very pale yellow - cloudy with deeper gold highlights. The head pours thick and white, but very short-lived (though it does leave thick scads of lace on the glass). The aroma is orange-blossom honey with a smidgen of spicy, bitter hops. The flavor starts crackery with some notes of wheat and unexpected levels of mellow hops. At mid-palate are subtle notes of herbal tea along with a subtle maltiness and more of that mellow, earthy bitterness. The finish is dry and definitely more bitter than sweet. The flavor, in general, is quite soft and light - with the hops standing out more than expected. The mouthfeel is very sprtizy and bubbly from heavy levels of carbonation. The body is medium - fuller than one might expect from the muted flavors. Overall, a very drinkable beer - it reminds me greatly of an English bitter I made recently (which is slightly disturbing that both of our beers were so far from style as to meet in the middle somewhere...)

Not much going on here. Weak aroma, my wife said it smelled like her grandmother’s garage. Very light, yeasty flavor.

Bottle. Clear golden pour with a thick white head. Has a lemony, citrusy aroma with a little hop spice. Similar taste, lots of citrus and hop spice with a wheat base. Not great, but not bad either.

This was a favoriteof mine in my really early beer infancy and I haven’t had it since. I was expecting to be seriously underwhelmed, but was pleasantly surprised. Rare to find in this style, a strong wheat presence was there with some nicely complimenting fruity zest. The only knock was a carbonation level which was a little much. A good beer.

Clear golden/yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma has a lot of malt with some wheat notes. Flavor is pretty malty as well. Light citrus, bubblegum flavor. Crisp finish, lingering sweetness. Pretty good all-around summer brew.
