3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
It pours from the bottle with a bright yellow-orange color. The aroma is a light mix of musty yet bright hop bitterness, a little lemon, and some earthy wheat. The flavor largely features a biscuity, almost tangy, light malt sweetness, but there is also a bit of dry, herbal hops to balance. Like the flavor, the texture is light but not too thin. Overall, this beer is light and drinkable, but it has a nice mild yet varied flavor profile.

Bottle from SJ. Brew was a bit thin for my taste. Some wheat notes. Caramel malts, hop and lemon. Ehhh. It was okay.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Reviewed from old notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy golden orange color with a one finger white foamy head.
The aroma had a light deep wheatiness that kinda covers up everything else no matter how many times I had this.
The taste was basically the same that comes across fairly bland.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a hard to put down sessionability - too much wheat perhaps.
Overall, uh...for me Iím not a fan, probably wouldnít come back to.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours clear deep golden with two finger white head. Aroma is caramel malt/crisp hops, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is lots of caramel malt and crisp hop finish. Not very hoppy for an American wheat ale, wouldnít go out of my way to revisit this.

355ml bottle. Pale gold pour. This one is absolute water. In the bud light fashion, if you want an easy-drinkign summer thirst quencher wheat beer reach for an anderson valley gose.
