Pours dark brown with minimal tan head. Aroma is smoky with a metallic hint. Flavor is roasty/smoky with super smoky creeping in...no medicinal/band aid though. Mouthfeel is light/medium with a very smoky dry finish.

Pours a black color with a medium beige head. Average aroma of slightly smoked and roasted malt. Average flavor of smoked and roasted malt with a mild bitter finish. The body is light with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. Not bad, but very forgetable.

Pours dark brown color with tan head. Aromas of lightly smoked malts with some chocolate. Moderately smokey flavor with some sweet milk chocolate. Medium body with average carbonation. Decent but not a serious smoked beer. A smoked beer with training wheels.

Meh...a very average beer. Aroma was alright. Heavy on the roasted malt and chocolate with a slight hint of smoke. Pour was a deep dark brown with a one finger near tan head. Taste was a little off. The heavy roasted malt and chocolate overpowered in the beginning. The smoke seemed to be an afterthought and almost tasted medicinal. Slight band-aid flavor in the finish. Decent carbonation.

750 ml bottle via trade - Pours a dark brown color with a one finger thick light tan head. Decent lacing. Aroma is a doughy toasted malt, smoke, and light chocolate. Flavor is smoke, lightly sweetened roasted malt, and chocolate. The sweet malt lingers a bit, but it finishes kinda dry. Medium to full body. Boy, this one just won’t go away.
