dark sexy malty, aroma is almost of a lager, no smoked flavor maybe some roasted nutty flavor if anything, kinda like a bock. i like it.

Bottled. Dark nutty brown, small off-white head. Toffeish grassy aroma. Toffeish, grassy flavor. Sweetish grassy aftertaste. No smoke found here.

Cloudy brown, very small foamy head that quickly disappeared. Aroma is roasted chocolate, hints of nut. Like those Chewy chocolate caramel covered Riesens candies. Medium bodies. The initial taste is wonderful chocolate but the fizzy watery burning follow through ruins the whole thing. Great flavor, disqusting palate. Guess I will be giving away the rest of these. Nothing really smoky about this one. I can’t even taste the peat-smokes malt.

Dark orange-brown with no head. Very strong sweet scent, honey, malt, soy sauce, hops, spices. Taste is similar, wide range of sweet, salty, and sour with lingering slight bitterness. Very interesting taste, though not very strong. Smoky. Sparkly-feeling but not overly carbonated.

Well, It’s nice and dark, and it foams rather impressively, but this apparently seasonal product is like a watered down smoked porter. It is, however, higher in alcohol than I had guessed, and while that is certainly a positive, I will never willfully consume this product again. Par for MH beers.

Beautiful pour and a taste that reminds me of a New England autumn. Nice head out of the bottle is a nice touch.

pours a dark brown with a small head. Aroma is malty and grainy. Taste is sweet malts/caramel and is lightly smoky. not too bad.

Dark red, slightly hazy, minimal head. Smokey aroma with hints of chocolate and charcoal. Malty, no hop flavor but a touch of bitterness. They went light on the peat, tastes like a smokey brown. A tasty one-time beer.
