bottle- very disappointed, and becoming increasingly disappointed with this brewer’s portfolio. Harsh bitterness similar to Hipa, followed immediately by some harsh and unclean hop flavor. Very dull and low on the drinkability index. I bought a six pack, barely drank two, and will forget the other four exist.

Kinda more like an off pale ale than an india pale ale. In true Magic Hat fashion this light hoppy beer has an odd palate and is not very traditional. Has citrus undertones, as expected from MH. Not bad, not great.

12oz bottle. A fairly light IPA, and I’m not even sure I called it an IPA at all. Enjoyable enough to drink, if I just wanted a Pale Ale though.

Pours an orange copper with a thick off white head. Very nice floral slightly citrus aroma with a hint of earthyness. Solid IPA taste; chewy hops with a slight citrus tang and a nice malt body. Not a very bitter brew, which is a bit surprising considering the amount of hops in this. Tasty IPA.

Bottle. Pours clear orange, big off white head. Aroma is hoppy: kiwi, tangerine, lots of leafy bitterness. Flavor is hoppy, but lacks a good floral or citrus element. The body is a tad thin and the aftertaste is malty and slightly plastic. There is a nice lingering bitterness though. Not bad, but not strong.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber with a fluffy beigh head. Aroma of earthy and piney hops, citrus, floral and subtle caramel notes. Flavor is caramel malts, citrus and piney hops, grains and a touch of fruit. Light to medium body with a bitter finish.

Poured an auburn color with a crisp, hoppy aroma. Flavor was hoppy but not too bitter. Surprisingly good and smooth. Nice.

Bottle. Pretty bad if this is an IPA. HiPA is much better. Golden color pour with little hop fanfare. Pretty pedestrian. malts more prevelant than the hops here. One was enough
