Apr 20, 2009 Light amber color with a big beige head. Aroma of sweet malts and very mild citrus. Flavor is very sweet and malty with a little citrus hops.

Aug 30, 2008 Bright copper color with a tallish light beige head. Nice curtain of lace. Light orange, dry caramel and some pine wood aromas. I feel like I am in an old, dusty, cedar closet. Big caramel sweet start. Middle sweeps away sweetness with a moderate dose of citric hops. Some earthiness in both the hops and the malt. Sweetness weaves in and out. Dry toasted coconut in the finish. Linger is quite dry and fairly bitter. Actually the longer you wait between sips the more you realize the deep bitterness in this one.

Apr 23, 2009 This beer is a slightly hazed golden-orange color with a medium thin and foamy off-white head that dminishes steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Fruity hops aroma with traces of malt. Medium body with flavors of moderately bitter hops, citrus and lightly bready malt. The finish is hoppy and lingers for a bit. Overall this IPA is forgettable.

Mar 1, 2009 This was sampled in Cass, WV while on a skiing trip. The IPA poured a cloudy orangish and lacked body. Good citrus flavors and balance with the malts. The IPA poured with a smallish head and no lacing. The finish had some bitterness.

Apr 24, 2009 Clear amber orange, foamy off white head. Soft fruity aromas ride a light caramel earth undercurrent. Light dirty earth and fruity-like hop tones balance on just a touch of sweet caramel toast and chocolate. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, bittersweet finish. No matter the style classification, it’s beginner ale in my book...

Mar 11, 2008 Bottle. Pours deep coppery orangy with 1-finger off-white head. Nose is resiny hops, mild fruit, and some caramel malt. Tastes hoppy, with caramel malt, some fruity and peppery notes. Medium to light on the palate with not a great deal of carbonation.

Jun 13, 2008 12oz bottle-pours a pours a big rich foamy off white head; and gold color. Aroma is husky grain, citrus-some lemon/earthy hops. Taste is husky grain/medium malt with some sweetness, some herbal/earthy/slightly bitter hops. No citrus comes through in taste. The taste comes across as an English Ale. OK carbonation. Aug 19, 2008 Sampled at the 2008 Music City Brewers Fest. Amber with an off-white head that has some lasting and leaves chunky lacing. Citrus aroma. Citrus flavor with light caramel and spices. Light body and smooth.
