COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This unique surprise cross-pollinates the classic American wheat beer with an American Pale Ale. What grows next is a fruitfully unfiltered union with a delightful hop aroma, a pleasant citrus hop flavor, and a beautifully balanced finish that leaves other ales hoppy green with springtime envy.

Bottle: (in winter pack, as "Encore") Pours cloudy orange-brown with a puffy, off-white head. Strong, grapefruit and orange aroma. Taste is hoppy, citric, orange-peel....zesty, strong carbonation, a little spice. Really enjoyed this one.

Bottled as Encore IPA in the Magic Hat Christmas pack. The most forthright aspect of this beer is certainly the hops, but shouldn’t that be the case? Appearance is a hazy orange with a relatively quickly dissipating white head. Quite carbonated with a really long-lasting hops flavor on the tongue. Smells slightly sweet, but most not aromatic (which is strange for a dry-hopped beer). This is a really nice IPA, but there are better ones out there in regular production. A smart addition to the Christmas pack for some hoppy variety.

Bottle, part of a sampler pack and labeled as Encore. This was ok...not nearly hoppy enough or bitter enough for the IPA labeling, in my opinion. Easy to drink, smooth, a decent beer but nothing exceptional.

This brew gets better the more you drink. Pine nut flavor is similar to a gin & tonic.

12 ounce beer from a Magic Hat mixpack marketed as Encore, Solid beer, refreshing with good hops and citrus mixture. A bit earthy in smell, reminds me of the spring rains after a long hard winter

Bottle at home, from the mix 12er. Thanks Ryan. Pour is slightly hazy orange with a small white head and good lacing. Stale bready, earthy, spicy hoppy, doughy, and vegetal aroma. Taste is malty, homebrew twang, toasted bread, wheat, light grass, skunky, slightly vegetal, oranges, and vanilla with a medium bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. More weak shit from Magic Hat.

Bottle "Encore", $1.58 from TJs, CHO. Pours slightly hazy amber with a large white frothy head. Smells of citrus and flowers. NICE! Tastes of lovely floral hops, good citrus - grapefruit peel, orange pulp. A bit on the watery side but this is delicious.

Bottle; as encore; poured a amber color with a frothy white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, earth, zest and must. Really great aroma. Flavor was solid with some nice balance. Some wheat, with a lot of earth and citrus. Solid for a hybrid style I never truly love.

Bottled 330ml as "Encore" (New York C)
Hazy dark orange color, small white head. Overriped fruits, pine, citrus in the nose. Medium-bodied. Quite fruity hoppyness, pale malty, light notes of resin. Easy but enjoyable.
