12Oz bottle poured into a pint glass yellow cloudy appearance, one finger slowly dissipating head, skunky aroma but very tasty. I would drink this often if it wasnít so salty. Iím sure that sea salt will bring your blood pressure up in the long run

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium to dark yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (flowers), with notes of lemon/lime zest, coriander, soap.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation.
Simple coriander-and-lemon nose, light and watery in the mouth, and not particularly clean. Not horrible but not good.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from the mixpack, broken up at trader joeís. with permission of course. Pours is lightly cloudy orange with a thin white lace. Nose is light, clean, cereal malt, light coriander, carraway and salt coming through as it warms a bit. Flavor is okay--more cereal malt, some heavier creamy sweeter malt, some mineral, light coriander in the finish, but way too flabby and sweet for the style. No salt noted in the flavor. I appreciate the effort from Magic Hat and encourage them to continue in this direction.
