The ancient ritual of brewing a distinctly rich and flavorful beer is a performance to behold. Our mysterious melange of time honored ingredients harmonize with chaotic chemistry, humble patience, and blind faith to create this unique beer to share in the rousing company of kindred spirits. Cheers!

A pious piece of a seldom-brewed German style, Saint Saltan is tart, light and crisp. Salt and coriander combine with traditional Hallertaur hops to create a holy and sessionable sipping experience.

Pours golden yellow with a white head that leaves mediuim lacing. Nose is faint bread. Light malt character with very little hop bittereness - more bitterness in Bud Light. Sweetness is light. The palate is medium body. Sessionable.

Pours pale gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface leaving no lacing. Sweet caramel and yeast aromas. Sweet caramel and dough upfront turning to dry salty crackers before the medium length earthy finish.

Lightly sweet, lagery, cereal-malt aroma. Clear, or almost clear gold; fantastic label - a real iconic masterpiece. Sweet, seawater, graham crackers, an edgy bitterness. Malty aftertaste, medium body, effervescent carbo. Like a sweetish Kolsch with mineral tones. I really enjoyed this, and would like to be able to buy it on its own, without its Spring Fever mixpack brethren. Publix, Bradfordville.

Bottle in Florida. Poured a crystal clear golden color with light head. Aroma of grains, barley, hay. Light sweetness. Ave carbonation. Light bodied. Tastes like a miller lite or something similar.

Aroma of a pilsner. Fizzy. Taste of grapes. Interesting. Finish is wet and lingers on the tongue. Slight aftertaste of raspberry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Magic Hat Saint Saltan Gose is a nice session version of this German style. Pours nice with a decent head and amber color. Aroma is similar to a wheat beer. Taste is also reminiscent of a good wheat beer but with a slight sour note and a hint of smokiness.Saint Saltan is a tasty Gose that you might look forward to every year.

Bottle at home in CT during The Oscars. Pours clear yellow with a light, white cream head. Pale, bready malts in the nose, some cereal. Light to medium sweet flavor, doughy malts, light hay, hints of honey. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Simple, doughy malt finish, some light coriander, wheat, white bread. Easy drinking.

Tallahassee, FL - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - 12 oz bottle - part of their Spring Fever variety pak. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with a tight white head and nice bubble action. Aroma has a slight saltiness to it, hint of fresh lake water. Flavor is smooth with some slight bready notes, some salt water, a hint of yeast. Smooth mouthfeel. Not overly flavorful, but no flaws.

Interesting slightly malty and faintly salty beverage. Just a hint of caramel sweetness, but a somewhat thin mouthfeel.

12 oz bottle from the Spring Fever sampler case. Almost no taste of saline and almost nothing else taste wise. Very disappointing from a brewery who can do much better as seen in their other offerings. Avoid and spend the cash on something else.
