2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 6/20
Never had a gose before. Everyone says this isn’t a good representation, but I thought it tasted pretty good.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Smells of watery tart grape juice.. not like beer. Looks like watered down urine. Taste is extremely neutral, but a tad salty. Goes down like water. Poundable beer.

3.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
I’m a sucker for gose beers so I’m a bit biased toward this one. Salty but not too salty. Light citrus (lemon or coriander) with nice malts.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Appearance: pours a 1/2" white head that recedes quickly with virtually no lacing. Color is a hazy golden with sediment in suspension and significant carbonation present.
Aroma: smells much like a pilsener to me (this is my first ever Gose style). There is a smell of clean water, lightly toasted malts, a little yeast, and maybe a slight tart hop smell.
Mouthfeel: is light and watery. Finish is fairly dry.
Flavor: tastes much like a pilsener combined with a wheat beer. There is a pleasant barley malt flavor with a mild hop bitterness and just a hint of spice (from the coriander I assume, but it is not strong the way coriander sometimes shows up in Belgian style ales).

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle at Clockwork’s 4K/5K/10K gathering. Pours a clear, golden body with white lacing. Aroma is standard pale lager and grain. Mouthfeel is light with notes of grass, grain, cereal, and some faint malts. Super plain overall and boring as all hell. A poor and misleading representation of the Gose style.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a dusting of a head. Smells of sweet grasses. Bland yellow lager taste - slight coriander. This could be any old lager for all I know. There’s nothing setting this apart.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle: The aroma is moderate wet dog, light grains, bread, coriander, mineral notes, and a touch of lemon. It pours a transparent gold with a small fizzy white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. Minimal lacing is left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of honey. The finish has light grains, coriander, bread, and a touch of lemon. It’s light bodied with lively/fizzy carbonation. Overall, it tastes much better than it smells, but the wet dog aroma is too much for me. It really makes it difficult to drink. If not for that it would fall into the Magic Hat standard style of lawn mower beer.

Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy and slightly lemony, with fainy hints of salt, and I guess a little bit of wheat. Not awful.
