Not a great beer. Kind of boring and lacking in flavor. Drinkable but nothing special.

off, nah. This is seltzer water with some bad added to it. Pretty lame, nothing really going on to warrant writing a full review.

I’m afraid to rate this. Light amber color with a thin head is this beer’s most redeeming quality. Aroma is highly mineral, hay, and mildew. There is some sweetness trying to come out, but it is buried under the grainy dry body. Finish is mildly bitter and lingering.

Bottle. Slightly hazy light golden pour with a small white head. Grainy and doughy, somewhat crisp on the tongue, but largely dull.

kramer (4866) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 1, 2014
Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold body under a small fizzy white head that faded to a wispy film rater quickly. The nose is mostly bready malt with a light hint of fruitiness. The flavor is fairly light, bready and doughy pale malt, minimal floral hops, a little lingering honeydew like fruitiness on the finish. Light bodied and fizzy with a short finish. Your basic Cream Ale/Golden Ale I suppose.

Poured from 12oz bottle. Nothing over the top here. Easy to drink but nothing memorable. Another forgettable session ale. --you've been Dubbed.

SDalkoholic (2135) - Linda Vista, California, USA - MAY 23, 2014
Bottle from Fresh and Easy: Poured a dead golden liquid with a fizzy snap!crackle! and pop! formation of fizz head. The aroma is faint and smells next to nothing other than a mellow malt profile and pinch of grassy hops. The flavor is bland yet has a slight bitterness about it that actually seems pleasant. This is still better than their Magic Hat #9 but somehow is still weak and peculiar considering this is the same brewery who had made Heart of Darkness that I desire ohh so much. Very fizzy on the palate which is just like their original mass distributed #9.

Nephilium (1319) - Ohio, USA - APR 21, 2014
Slight grainy aroma, pours a pale light amber with minimal head. There’s not much going on here, a touch of overcarbonation adding a bit, a quick sweetness, then a grainy finish. I would not consider this a good representation of the cream ale style.

Bottle at home. Grassy, herbal, hay. Creamy palate, high carbonation. Crisp finish with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing.

March 26, 2014. Bottle pours light yellow with nice foamy white head. A lot of carbonation but little clingy lacing. Aroma is malt, sweet grass, slightly lemony but not citrus. Taste is simple and unforgettable. Slightly sweet, grassy and some bready malts in finish. Light palate held together by high carbonation. Too plain.

My 4600th rating here. Bottle. Nose is grainy with a whiff of stale that passes quickly, light grass. Pours clear yellow golden with aggressive carbonation and a noisy off-white head. Crisp light-medium body, medium bitter in the absence of balancing antagonism, lightly but persistently metallic and grainy and a touch unclean; faint tartness swirling with bread, some alcohol and sticky lips. Comes off like Genny or Cobra, yup, definitely pushing a malt liquor vibe with less sweetness.
