COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A contemporary take on the traditional sour wheat style from the German capital. Pilsner and Wheat malt are soured overnight in the kettle before being part fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. Tart, sour and refreshing with a spritzy carbonation and the added complexity of ‘Brett’ appearing as the beer ages…. as they say in these parts “it’ll make your teeth laugh”

On tap at Archive Beer Boutique 210614. Looks a whole lot like a cider, very pale and thin with a white head. Almost tastes like a sour cider, not as sour as I expected.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Sour, but not as sour as some. There is an obvious grape aroma and flavour, some wood and white wine. The low abv is noticeable, as the flavour rounds out very quickly
