COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer we produced is a 5% US/German style Pale Ale, using a UK Pale Malt/German speciality malt bill, Centennial whole hops in the hop back and then dry hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Centennial in conditioning. We kegged it this week and we think its tasting great, really fresh and easy to drink with a light body and herbal/citrus almost ginger beer hop flavour, which should make for perfect summer drinking.

Tap at Rutland Arms, Sheffield. Hazy, dark yellow. Tiny, bubbly, white head. And then I get thrown when the brewer walks in and orders a half of the same. Tell you what, I’ll just tell him, it’s a good brew, instead of putting it here...

Beese (1783) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 2, 2014
Draught at the Magic Rock 25 Tap Takeover at BrewDog, Shepherd’s Bush on 31 May. Poured a clear, mid-golden colour, with a thin white head and good lacing. Aroma of soft fruits, pilsener malt and mango. Flavours were somewhat lacking on this one; quite dry, some lager malt and a bit metallic. Finish was corn syrup, light copper and grass. A very rare miss for Magic Rock.

From tap @Haand Fest 13. Pours a clear gold colored body, topped by tall airy white head. Inviting hop nose. Tropical and grass, citrus and hay, and some mild hop oils. Light to medium full. Slightly sweet, restraind malt body. Fruity and grassy bitterness. Mild spices and herbal tones underneath. A nice one.

Draught @ Oliver Twist, Stockholm as Magic Rock OT Rocks

Pours orange with a small head. Aroma of grassy hops, caramely malts and grainy notes. Taste is crisp, malty and grassy with hints of citrus and pine. Finish is smooth, slightly bitter and grassy with some malty notes. Okay, quite balanced pale ale with a touch of pils notes.

Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Un po’ noiosetta, ma ben fatta.
