COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer we produced is a 5% US/German style Pale Ale, using a UK Pale Malt/German speciality malt bill, Centennial whole hops in the hop back and then dry hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Centennial in conditioning. We kegged it this week and we think its tasting great, really fresh and easy to drink with a light body and herbal/citrus almost ginger beer hop flavour, which should make for perfect summer drinking.

En mycket lätt Pale Ale. Lite för mycket kolsyra. Rena diskreta smaker mest av metall. Ingen fruktighet.

Svesse (5875) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JUN 1, 2013
(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 23 May 2013) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, apricots and slightly earthy hops. Malty, fruity taste with slightly roasted malt, orange, apricots, toast and a generous earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Lots of taste, and highly drinkable. Nice one.

On tap at Oliver Twist, Stockholm as ’OT Rocks’. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is smooth but shot through with prickly carbonation. Thin creamy malt supports decent hops - sweetish orange hops, little peel. Whispers of skunk and lemon. Finishes crisp. Super refreshing - necked a pint in about 3 mins!

abemorsten (2491) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - MAY 31, 2013
Sampled from tap at Haandøl 2013. ABV is 5,0%. Clear golden body with an inch thick creamy beige head that leaves excellent lacing. Inviting nose of fresh cut peach and resiny pollen. Light to medium body, sharpish mouth and a watery texture. Malty flavor with papery hops. Less rewarding to drink than the nose suggests.

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, small head. Grassy nose. Dry with medium body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Shallow lightly bready malt. Long bitter finish. Never really lifts.

On tap at Haand 2013. Pours clear golden with a huge creamy off-white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus and tangerine. Taste is light, moderate sweet, good citrussy and resinous hops throughout, a light spicy burn at the finish, another good one from Magic Rock.

TheJestersBeer (1932) - SWEDEN - MAY 27, 2013
Draught @ OT. Pours a slightly cloudy mediumstraw, with a white head. The aroma is quite hoppy, citrus peel, spruce, malt, caramel, grass. Dry, medium bodied, mid to high bitterness, balanced CO2. Hoppy, lightly herbal taste, malt, grapefruit peel, yeast, grass, lightly floral. Very drinkable. (2013-05-21)
