COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer we produced is a 5% US/German style Pale Ale, using a UK Pale Malt/German speciality malt bill, Centennial whole hops in the hop back and then dry hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Centennial in conditioning. We kegged it this week and we think its tasting great, really fresh and easy to drink with a light body and herbal/citrus almost ginger beer hop flavour, which should make for perfect summer drinking.

Keg at CBC Islington - London. Pours clear gold, effervescent, with a moderate, creamy white head. Lovely dried citrus aroma, rife with grapefruit, tangerine and delicate pine. Restrained pale malts in the flavor, light to medium sweetness, further dry grapefruit, some melon. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly resinous, mostly citrusy hops with touches of piney and herbal bite. A great sessioner.

Keg @ CBC Islington during the Un-Human Cannonball launch. The pour’s amber with a small head. The nose is chalk, lemon zest, earthy underbrush. Light tropical fruits. The taste is lovely, clean summery citrus fruits. Lemon peel. Nice earthy hop accents. Nice balance. Crisp finish. Light mineral. Great economy of flavor. Overall, a great beer. I returned to this one multiple times through the evening. A brilliant sessioner.

On tap at Oliver Twist, Stockholm as ’OT Rocks’. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is smooth but shot through with prickly carbonation. Thin creamy malt supports decent hops - sweetish orange hops, little peel. Whispers of skunk and lemon. Finishes crisp. Super refreshing - necked a pint in about 3 mins!

Keg at CBC Islington. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The nose is earth, dough, spice, grass, varnish, apricot and nectarine. The taste is upfront bitterness, earth, dough, grass, touch of spice and orange citrus with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate, effervescent carbonation. Smooth, well balanced and rather drinkable!
