Dark Arts blends 4 malts and bags of whole hops to deliver a decadently deep and indulgent experience. A luxuriously smooth mouthfeel, is followed by spicy hop notes and full flavours of chocolate, liquorice, blackberries and figs. The finish is rich and satisfying with a lingering roasted bitterness. Our stout will convert you to the dark side.

On a festival with radlers, sour ales and all kinds of strange ideas this beer was classic, original and beautiful. It is as perfect as a ’simple’ stout can get. Cask at Borefts 2014.

On cask @ BBF’14. The aroma has roast, coffee and bread. Black coloured beer with a beige head. The taste is very smooth, light bitter, has roast, coffee, some chocolate, hint of dark fruits and bread. Really good!

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2014 CASK@ MAGPIE Brentford. Great lookn black color, intense . Beige khaki head resembles a sand castle. A powerful bitter dry roast ...chocolate covered berries.mild sweetness. A pretty god damn flvAsum stout. R8 giving an extra point...one of the most memorable low booze stouts ive had in ages !

On tap @ Haandfest 2013. Yeah it’s as good as black in the glass and it has a nice medium sized dark brown top. Really deep chocolate on the nose. Dark grounded coffee, black chocolate malts, a little bit of fudge and dark caramel and hints of spice cake. It smells quite nice, not as extreme as I had hoped for in a beer of this reputation and name, but still really nice. The taste has both vanilla and lots of cold dark coffee. It’s light oily on the mouthfeel, not as full-bodied as I had thought and the carbonation level is average. Lots of sweet chocolate, but the beer itself is definitely not sweet. Dark really roasted. A bit minerally in the finish. Surprisingly easy to drink. More a drinker/quencher than a sipper IMO and that’s often a nice thing. 25.05.2013

Cask at The Sussex Arms Twickenham. Very enjoyable beer. Milk chocolate and coffee in the aroma and also the taste. Slight lactose sweetness quickly gives way to a real roasty bitterness. Can’t find any red fruits you might expect. Lingering finish of roast and milk chocolate again. Lovely stout.

Lane Barwa czarna. Aksamitne.

On tap. Earthy aroma. Thick white head on a lustrous black body. Suprising, fruity, rich taste- quite unlike most other stouts I’ve had (in a good way). Very smooth mouthfeel. Excelent stout.
