COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
High Wire is our tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste. .?

On tap at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a clear orange with a thin white head. Aroma of grapefruit, sour fruits, pale malts, citrus, earthy hops. Flavor of sweaty hops, light fruits, pale malts, wheat, citrus. Hoppy, super drinkable. However it doesn’t taste super fresh. 7/4/8/4/15 (3.8/5)

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells of fairly bitter hops and pale malt. Tastes like it smells with a light mouthfeel. Not bad, but forgettable.

Draft. Poured clear golden hue with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy aroma of citrus hops and tropical fruit. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a solid drinkable brew.

(Bottle): Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruit - mainly pineapple, mango and passion fruit. Slight grassy aroma too. Taste is a big fruit bowl - pineapple, mango, passion fruit, oranges, lemon, kiwi and much more. Peppery hop bitterness hits after with a pale malt sweetness entering in the finish. Really drinkable and refreshing.

Pours amber with a large head. Nose shows floral hops, spicy notes and light clean malt. Similar flavours; spicy, herbal and floral hops with a faint clean malt presence underneath. An assertive bitterness in the finish. Carbonation is moderately high, nice.

330ml bottle from The Beerhive. Small frothy white head, good lacing, slightly hazy golden amber body. Nose of tropical fruit. Flavour of grapefruit, grassy hops, some pine. Good bitterness on the finish, not overpowering. Full mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Good stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Poured orange, good white head and a fruity nose. While a strong and deep bitterness is in control its not got total control and you have a citrus fruit note throughout the drinking experience.
