COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
High Wire is our tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste. .?

330ml bottle from The Beerhive. Small frothy white head, good lacing, slightly hazy golden amber body. Nose of tropical fruit. Flavour of grapefruit, grassy hops, some pine. Good bitterness on the finish, not overpowering. Full mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Good stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Poured orange, good white head and a fruity nose. While a strong and deep bitterness is in control its not got total control and you have a citrus fruit note throughout the drinking experience.

Clear golden-copper color, good white head. Malty, wort, overriped fruits in the nose. Medium to light bodied. Resiny hoppyness, sweetish fruity backbone. Maybe not the most freshiest keg.

Golden clear beer with white dense head leaving lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet tropical fruits, mango and grapefruit. Flavor is slightly fruity, mostly bitter and dry. Finish is long, dry and bitter, a bit too bitter. Medium full palate with moderate carbonation. Refreshing aroma with overly bitter taste.
