COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
High Wire is our tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste. .?

the Sample from can @ Sur & Bitter, Sandnes. Pours hazy dark yellow, with a rocky head. Aroma is sweet hoppy bitter, with citrusy notes of orange peel and grapefruit, and tropical notes of peach, as well as malts with cereals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops, with resin, pine and citrusy notes of orange peel and grapefruit, as well as some notes of grass and wood. Dry, bitter wooden finish.

Hazy orange pour with a thin white head. Bags of fruit in the aroma and taste, assertive bitterness, crisp and refreshing. Damn good pale ale.

pours hazy orange with thin white head. Massive hop aroma. Citrus and pine foremost but some tropical fruit at the end. Light to medium carbonation. Taste of zest and citrus. Fruity bitterness to the end. Almost no maltiness but a little on the end of the palette. Dry finish. Very good but the grapefruit version pips it

Keg Pint in Tilley’s Newcastle, which was probably from near the end of a keg as it was changed soon after. Tropical and Grapefruit aroma and flavours, some sweetshop candy, and a bitter finish. Palatable
