COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
High Wire is our tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste. .?

On tap @Haand2012. Pours golden with an off-white. Aroma of citrus, peachy and cheesy hops with some malt and yeast. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some bitterness and floral hops. Medium body, average carbonation.

On Tap at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Brighton,Saturday 5th May 2012 I’ve had this before at the Cask (Tom’s) but never got around to rating. Hazy gold colour with a white head that swiftly departed. Lovely bittersweet beer with a nice grapefruit pithiness that rubs around the gums and roof of the mouth, actually it is also a little lemony as well. Soft in the mouth, tasty stuff. Tasted at the Salopian Bar in Shrewsbury. I originally wanted an Oakham Citra but they had sold out, so I ended up with the High Wire instead and I wasn't disappointed. It was very fresh and clear beer and with the sun shining through my glass by the window or looked even better. It was quite heavily hopped for a regular pale ale but I'm not complaining. Lovely floral aroma and lingering hoppy aftertaste. This won't be my only pint! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lemon and lime at the forefront. Grapefruit, mango and resin. A little sweetness. Taste is nicely bitter, all the fruit flavours coming through followed by a mellow honey note. Fantastic beer!

Cask at Cloisters. Pours light gold with a finger of creamy head. Aromas of melon and lychee. Hop forward as anything, orange, lemon and watermelon. Lovely.
