COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
High Wire is our tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste. .?

Pours gold with a white head. Smells of light citrus, tea, earthy. Tastes of citrus, some resiny hints, light spicy touched with a slightly bitter finish.

Cask at the Sheffield Tap; clear gold, thick dense white head; aroma of tropical fruit, grapefruit; taste is very hoppy with plenty of tropical fruit: grapefruit, mango, melon; very smooth; crisp, lightly bitter finish; undeniably classic stuff, perhaps not best suited to a cold January day in the north; could well score much higher in a sun-scorched beer garden in July.

On tap, pours a yellow/gold with a touch of haze and a dense cream colored head. The nose is tropical fruit and citrus. The taste is big tropical and citrus ending dry and crisp. The body is light with very nice fine carbonation that is smooth.

Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 12th February 15. I’ve had this before, floral hops on the nose, well balanced refreshing taste, grapefruit, pith, citrus, very clean and easy drinking. Nice stuff

At pivni in York. Nice, but not as hoppy or citrusy as a good American ipa. Highly rated, I liked it, but not as good as the hype

Delicious. Sharp hops, no head. Almost perfect. Tad dry, actually too dry. But nice. A
