COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
High Wire is our tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste. .?

On tap @ Craft Beer Co., London. A really glowing, cloudy yellow-honey colored one this with a medium sized just off-white head. It looks absofrutely amazing.. It’s not extreme on the aroma, but I get firs some dry grape tones, grapefruit also ironically, fresh grass and a little bit of red berries blended with some ripe peaches. Nice. It has a average small bubbled carbonation level and it feels soft oily to watery in the mouth. The taste is really refreshing and fresh. More of those red berries definitely going on here, lot’s of grapefruit before it ends in a drymouthing finish. Scary easy drinking, and yeah, I like this! 19.07.2012

Pours hazy gold with a thin white head, aromas of cut grass, pine, little of root vegetables. Tastes big hop kick, with hints of caramel. All in all a good tribute to the American pale ale style of beer

19/04/2013 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata, limpidissima, schiuma bianca leggera e persistente. Aroma pungente, sentori agrumati, erbacei e di frutta tropicale. In bocca è amara, molto persistente e secca nel finale, pulita e fresca. Corpo leggero, carbonazione abbondante. Non è il cocktail di luppoli che preferisco, ma questa era davvero ben fatta!

Effervescent, light gold beer. Nose of lychee, mango and pineapple. There’s sweet tangerine and mango in the taste with a light bitterness. Light carbonation and a brief tropical fruit finish.

Hand pulled. Amber with a sticky white head. Light grapefruit nose. Incredibly fruity tastes. Grapefruits, mango, lychees, grapes... It’s all there and it’s all delicious. Just enough carbonation to open the flavours and a nice long bitter finish.

Gravity Dispense at Wandsworth Common Halloween Beer Festival 2012. Cloudy orange with a thin off white head. Big pine forward nose allied to a good dose of hops. Taste follows, lots of pine, citrus hops, bitter grapefruit, orange. Medium bodied with a bitter fruity finish. Decent.

Plenty of hoppy goodness on the nose - tropical and citrus fruits with an underpinning bittersweet malt. Pours slightly hazy gold with a persistent head. Flavour is sweet and shart up front but develops quickly into big fat dry notes with more grapefruity, hoppy goodness. Finishes long. A cracker.

Cask at Euston Tap, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Pleasing hoppy aroma. Tastes hoppy, tropical fruit, grapefruit, malty, slight bitterness. Complex and delicious, a pleasant surprise.
