Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours golden, light haze, thin white head. Aromas are pine and citrus, light resin. Taste is bitter, but balanced with a caramel sweetness. Oily texture, bitter finish. Kinda like hardcore ipa to be honest. Good stuff.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. 2014 release. Lightly hazy, gold colour. Thin, sticky, white head. Big, fusty, orange hop. Peach and pineapple. Plenty of sweet, malty depth. Taste is thick, toffee sweet, initially. Then a quite restrained, zesty bitterness. Lip coating stickiness throughout. Some warm, boozy chew on the palate. Finishes sticky and bitter. It’s fusty, and a bit chewy, but still feels beautifully fresh. Really good.

Keg at Euston Tap. Good, powerful DIPA. Not harsh, but has a soft ash back flavour down throat. Easy to swig. Very good.
