Rapture is our full bodied, heavenly hoppy red beer. 5 types of malt and 6 types of hops make for a truly elating experience. Uplifting aromas of grapefruit and pine, combine with a pithy orange and pronounced citrus flavour which is balanced against a deeply rich and malty body. From cask @ CASK Pub & Kitchen, London. This is a glowing blurry burgundy-red beer with a medium sized off-white head. It has a light malty and fruity aroma. I get tones of caramel , chocolate malts and dried fruits. Quite a nice little aroma. It’s soft on the old CO2, and it feels mildly oily in the mouth. The taste is also malty and caramel-fruity. Some ripe red apple-bitterness in the background blended with a drop of peach. Tasty and quite enjoyable. 22.07.2012

Apr 2015 - Keg at Draft House. Dark amber, sparkling, slight haze, small white head, light lacing. Aroma is sweet and syrupy caramel, flowery hop. Body is medium, tingly carbonation, pretty smooth. Taste is tangy hop, dry hop flowers, sweet toffee, grassy bitterness. Nice.

31.7.2014. Dark amber colour. Aroma of orange hops, grass, pine Palate is soft, low carbonation. Tastes ripe fruits, earthy hops, pine, caramel malts. Despite low abv and real ale style this is tasty.

Tap at Borefts Beer Festival 2014. Pours a clear reddish amber with a big, off white head. Aroma is pretty fruity with cranberries and some weed, red berries, pine and hops. Taste is smooth, gentle hop bitterness, hop fruity, again some sweet, ripe, dark red berries. Pretty nice, but fairly low carbonation. Smooth body despite the low abv.
