COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Original Pale Ale 3.9%. RingMaster our flag ship pale ale, is the beer you’ll want to drink every day. Pale in colour but unlike other pale ales lacking nothing in the flavour stakes. We use plenty of US hops to give the beer a floral/grassy aroma and lip smacking citrus flavours which combine with a defined malty character to make a magically moreish and quenching beer. Its session beer the same but different, conjured for flavour…

Tap at Toit’s in Tallinn (various occasions during summer/autumn 2014). € 4 for 0,33. Pours a nice golden colour with a white head. Aroma is a bit weak, it’s mostly tropical and citrus fruits, and maybe even a very mild honey note. It’s got a strong hoppy bitterness to it, with detectable maltiness. The bitter aspect steps back a notch in the finish, giving way for a more watery effect. Surprisingly strong body, medium plus carbonation, grainy, dry palate... Not a softie, considering the mere 3,9 % ABV.

Cask, Peterborough Beer Festival 2014. Golden with a bubbly head. Aromas are biscuit and peanut with mellow lemon. Yeasty with oaky wood and grain. Flavours are dry cereal grain with biscuit and crisp lemon. Yeasty with a dry finish. Unremarkable but very solid.

Cask in the Firehouse, Sowerby Bridge. Very toasty at first. Like liquid buttered toast with a touch of citrus on the finish. Hoped for more from this.
