4.1%. Gose. Poured out gold. 6ºSRM. Nose has some beery sweetness and aroma. There is a wheaty aroma to the nose like a weissbier and some element of a salty fullness to the nose. Like putting your nose to a barrel of salt or smelling a fresh sea salt pretzel. Mouthfeel is water. Palate is palate malt and wheat malt flavors of sweet dough. Sour is mild and nicely balanced by the salt which is present but not obtrusive. There is a nice dill pickle sort of thing going on with the overall tasting experience.

Can at home. Yellow colour, slight haze, very thin head. Good aroma, slight hop and fruit, the sourness is also there. Taste is slightly sweet to start thanks to the gooseberry, then a gentle bitterness. Flavours of tart fruit, saltiness and a short, sharp finish. Tart and refreshing, not bad at all.

2/3 pint on tap at Jessop House. Pours a light gold with a small white head. Aroma of gooseberry, wheat, saltiness comes through in the aroma. A little sweet and sour, wheaty, the sea buckthorn lends a distinct sharpness.
