Old Fountain. Thanks to Leighton for getting this one. Cloudy gold beer, little white head. Light palate, a little dry and crispy. Nice tart Gooseberry start. Just a trace of salt. Turns drier and creamier. Mild white wine sourness in the finish which is semi dry. Well conceived and tasty beer.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2014 tap at the bat ..big murky hazy orange amber ... small white head ... soft mellow banana wheat nose... again the banan wheat up front ... soft funk... and tart lemon juice .. or is it indeed the tart goosberries ... light salty linger ..again too fizzy for me. Be interested to see this in cask but not sure it would work. Tap at the bat feb 2014...this version unlesd stu says otherwise... Light hazy amber.. Thin white lacing... Light dry zezty light funk... Light yeast nose... Dry zezty tart fruits.. Juicy sift... Light salty... Yeah this is why i like this... Very drinkable

On tap at Cask Pub & Kitchen. Hazy gold colour no head. I was expecting it to be more or less undrinkable as I can’t understand beer and salt. It’s not horrible. It’s ok. In a lemon salty way. Just not for me. Too much salt on the finish.

Growler at home in London, picked up at Noble Fine Liquor. Pours very cloudy, pale yellow with a sturdy, frothy white head that leaves some snowstorm lacing. Funky lemon in the nose, hints of soured wheat. Light sweet flavor with lemony tang, mild lactic zip, hints of white bread, underripe peach. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Fresh, cleansing finish, hints of doughy white bread, some salty bite, very light funky tang, more flicks of citric lemon. Phenomenal stuff overall. Stupidly drinkable with nice nuance and lovely balance. The 500ml I had of this went way, way too quickly.

On tap @ Beachwood Brewing. Hazed orange colored beer with a small white head. Nose is nice and tangy. Slightly salty, tropical, citric aroma. Lemon zest, unripe berries, and a bit of a briny funk. A good tartness/twang to the palate. Lemon and lime acidity along with some unripe berry and sour melon. Light saltiness, green olive brine, and a subtle bready sweetness. Pretty decent beer.
