diabel (1196), Aarschot, Belgium May 6, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy muddy, light brown body. Off-white, creamy head with an excellent lace. Nice, fresh aroma of citrus. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet initial flavour. Moderately bitter finish. The flavour has some citric touches.
yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark Oct 24, 2007 From tap at the brewpub. Pours amber brown with a dense off white head. Brett citric aroma. Flavour is a lovely blend of sweet malt and brett flavours. I honestly assume this is as intended, it really tastes great. Finish holds a soft caramel sweetness providing a nice smoothness to the brett flavours. The is a hint of liqourice in the far finish. Unconventional but works nicely.
