Jul 31, 2006 Deep red with a nice smell of hops. Decent amber. Like the fact they use local everything for their beer. Nice place, but small. Parking a BIG problem. Had to park 1/2 mile away to get there. The area is not good. Wouldn’t go at night.

Feb 21, 2006 Dark amber colour and reasonably rich, slightly earthy malt aroma. Has a slightly chewy note, with breadcrusty finish. Could use some hop attack for authenticity’s sake. This is really just an amber.

Feb 15, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. Dark amber. Extremely fruity. Pineapple and cleaning agents jumps in my face. Sweet with raw, mellow mouthfeel. A sharp chemical vegetable finish leaves a burning sensation in the mouth.

May 10, 2005 Draft. Dark amber-brown-red with a nice beige head. Malt aroma. Malt and caramel flavors (though a bit light) ending with a touch of earthiness.
