Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Yeast and light malt aroma. Malt and light grain flavor with yeast and citrus. medium bodied. yeast and light spice lingers with light citrus and some malt/grain.

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Nice malty citrus aroma and Tate with a good crisp finish.

A: The pour is a clear pale straw color with a finger sized white head. S: The beer smells heavily of butter with some light buttery notes. A faint hoppiness to it and perhaps a bit of a popcorn aroma. T: Mostly sweet corn with some light flavor of grain husks. The bitterness is mild to moderate with a surprising amount of bready flavor. M: The body is light to medium with a fairly high level of carbonation. D: Not really a big fan of the American Blonde Ale style, and that’s pretty much what this is. Just too light to really hide the flaws that exist.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dirty blonde with a rich white head and a floral aroma. There is a nice toffee flavor with a nutty, slightly bitter finish. A bit thin.
