Jul 5, 2005 Bottled. Black and bubbly, like Coca- Cola. Sweet flavor with a fruity/ malt backbone. Some alcohol warmth as well. What a great beer!

Mar 4, 2005 Huge mouthfeel that harmonizes with the palate of fruit and malt. with so little hop bitterness a defect would be very prominent and it is just perfect balancing such wonderful flavors with such a deceptively strong beer.

Feb 6, 2005 Tap @ brewpub during the Strong Ale Month. Dark brown to black color with a diminished head. A strong fruity aroma (cherry), wood, and caramel. Oily and thick on the palate.
