On tap at the brewpub. Pour is pitch black with a frothy brown head and great lacing. Roasty, chocolatey, vanilla, light earthiness, graham crackers, and light peaty aroma. Taste is dark cocoa, espresso, earthy roasted coffee, bready, toasty, and grassy with a roasted bitter finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. Pretty tasty stout.

Deep and dark like a stout should be. Coffee being the primary. Nice dry finish and a really good stout. If you like a dark beer, this and the porter were my favorites there.

On tap at the brewpub. Really nice looking stout, big and oily, heading straining over the top of the English pint glass. Really dreamy roasted malt nose, with a light chocolate fadeout and a hint of char somewhere in there. Fine thick mouthfeel, hits the spot. Really tastes more like a dry stout, especially with the chalky finish, but the creamy, chocolatey flavors are there in abundance too, and satisfy regardless of how you categorize it.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours black with an off-white head. Outstanding and complex finish that I really can’t identify. Has all the requisite flavors of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. I drank this while eating Hama Oysters and it was awesome.

Enjoyable oatmeal stout with lots of cream and flavor. Rich and dark. The best of the night that we had at the brewpub.

Draft. Brown/black beer with a tan head. Coffee, caramel, and sweet malt aroma. Chocolate, coffee, caramel, big molasses flavor. Medium bodied. Coffee, malt, caramel, and coffee linger with more molassess notes as it warms. Not bad.
