COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Winter Warmer has a malty, fruity aroma, a sweet and fruity flavor with roast malt and some balancing bitterness, and a bittersweet finish. It is strong enough to warrent half pints only, but the alcohol taste is not overpowering. Available November through January.

Brown hazy. Little brown head. Aroma is chocolate, fudge, caramel, raisins, bubblegum. Taste is maly, not as complex as aroma. Tastes "brown". Not too impressed but decent.

Murky dark amber in color with a finger of off-white head. Super sweet, very sugary, maybe some dark fruits. Raisins, light booze, heavy on the sugar and caramel. Just way too sweet.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2011 On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a deep brown body with a tan head. Aroma of molasses, cola, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Flavors of cola, brown sugar, nutmeg, estery with a sweet finish. Highly carbonated for the style. Not bad.

On tap at Blue Palms. Aromas are spicy, bready, cinnamon, cardamom. Hazy deep golden hued body with a minimal head. Aromas are of cinnamon, grainy, wheat, caramel, pine, persimmon, bitter. Drinkable for how crazy spicy it is. Lots of astringent, bitter spice though. Cinnamon sugar lasts.

Cask at the brewpub. Dark ruby, clear, small head. Very sweet with lots of molasses and chewy cookie malt. Lightly resiny and syrupy with primitive malt character and a tad yeastiness. Big and bold, going everywhere at once.
