[ Bottle ][ 40oz ][ adnielsen ][ BIF ][ Cantillon Iris Balloon ][ 5.9.15 ]
>> Clear golden with thick, detergent driven foam, great head retention, sheen top, great lacing. Probably chemically induced. Nose is skunky, mild grass, honey, not offensive. Taste is corn water, old cereal, cardboard, hydrogen peroxide. If desperate, it could be drinkable. Solid choice perhaps for Edward 40 Hands.

2.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured from a 16 ounce glass into a shaker glass....
Aroma is very sweet, hay and corn. Appearance - well it looks like piss to be honest. But one finger of head and lacing on a glass (yeah pour it!) is nice
Taste is average for malt liquor, sweetness and metal if it’s from a can, lingering aftertaste is unpleasant.
Palate, well it’s drinkable and not too bad for a malt liquor. I quite like it actually. Probably better in a bottle.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
24 oz. can. Pours a clear, pale yellow-gold with a finger of white head. Notes of corn, straw, wheat, dough, sugary cereal, and candy. Light-bodied, with a dry, sweet mouthfeel and medium-plus carbonation. In line with the HG800 and Icehouse Edge. Probably the sweetest, though.

Crushed a 40 of this a while back while driving my friend to the dentist. It was pretty adjunct flavored and medium boost. Corn dominated the taste. Sweet. Fizzy. Not great.

Yeah drinking this ain't what it seems, on the boulevard of broken dreams.
Glad I opened my eyes in the nick of time.
'Cause it sure felt like the end of the line.
Seriously, this was bad. And thanks to the Allman Brothers Band's End of the Line for the inspirational quotes.

16 oz can to snifter. A moderate apple and corn aroma. Like honey smacks cereal. Crystal clear, light yellow, no head. Taste is sweet with a hint if apple and corn. Hmmm. Not bad.

Can share thanks to Homer321. Pours a brilliantly clean straw yellow color. Very light sweet malt and corn adjunct character, very subtle. Very light malt character, semi-sweet, crisp, fairly watery overall. Smooth boost juice tho.

"Magnum"... am I buying beer or condoms??? 24oz can from my local Kroger, shared with friends. They are very not excited. I offered them a choice between 5 malt liquors I picked up, the response was "do we have to?". Yes. For science. Best by date printed under the can reads Aug/25/14. Pours a clear golden orange color. Lots of big bubbles on the side of the glass. Bigger bubbly off-white head, that quickly fades to a thin bit, leaves a few dots of lace. Corn in the nose, and bread. Big bready yellow corn in the flavor. Just yellow corn on the cob, and bread. Light to medium body. Kind of smooth, sort of crisp light to moderate carbonation. Kind of making my teeth feel funny. Lightly dry finish. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter, and kind of a significant bite to it.. When I asked Alicia what she thought of this, she said "I think it tastes like a fucking miller lite." She really has a way with words. Head soon fades to absolutely nothing. Not great, not absolutely terrible. I lost interest after 6oz.. Robby says it’s surprisingly drinkable, not offensive. That sums it up a bit.
