   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 7/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 12/20

Transfer from BA review on 12-27-12- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance- Pours a clear golden color with a one finger fizzy white head. The head fades quite fast to leave only a very light level of lacing. Smell- The aroma was a mix of bready malt, corn, and a light caramel sweetness. Taste – The taste was as the nose would suggest and was a little on the sweeter side. It begins with a mix of caramel sweetness with some notes of corn and flavors of a malty breadiness. As the taste advances further it crisps up more as the sweeter flavors dwindle slightly and some light citrus hop flavors come to the tongue. In the end a crisp but still semi-sweet flavor is left to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer was on the thinner side and was rather crisp, with the carbonation level being medium to high. Both were pretty nice of the sweeter and crisper flavors of the brew. Overall – It is an easy drinking lager that is rather refreshing and nice for spicy Indian food, but is really is nothing special or to pine over.

Bottle: Clear, pale gold and no head. Light pale malt nose. Very little aroma and almost no hops. Dry, not sour and low bitterness. Light and short. Very neutral mass market beer. It is clean. Won’t offend the majority of beer consumers who have no idea. It’s not balanced. It feels sweet and tastes like honey. There is no bitterness to balance.

Clear Yellow, Small Head, Little Lacing. Grainy Aroma. Slightly Sweet, corn, molt, light bitter finish. Fizzy and watery. Nothing too bad nothing too good. Drinkable, thirst quencher, does the job. Want something more, look someplace else. Pass it...

Randomly picked this up from the BevMo in Auburn, CA. Funny I see this here and not while I was IN India. Smells like straw. Kinda tastes like straw, and grass, bit of a soured hop note near the finish. Beats Kingfisher! If only I could find it over there...

Pours a light yellow color with a dirty corn aroma. Taste is slightly metallic with a dirty water flavor. Leaves a simple corn taste on the palate. Not flavorful at all but a dry flavor throughout.

Clear gold with a busy, fizzy, white head that turns to soapy, thin bubbles instantly. Corn/rice malt scent. Taste is mild, sweet grain, Actually, quite decent for style and origin. Nothing overtly bad about it at all.
