Transfer from BA review on 12-27-12- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance- Pours a clear golden color with a one finger fizzy white head. The head fades quite fast to leave only a very light level of lacing. Smell- The aroma was a mix of bready malt, corn, and a light caramel sweetness. Taste – The taste was as the nose would suggest and was a little on the sweeter side. It begins with a mix of caramel sweetness with some notes of corn and flavors of a malty breadiness. As the taste advances further it crisps up more as the sweeter flavors dwindle slightly and some light citrus hop flavors come to the tongue. In the end a crisp but still semi-sweet flavor is left to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer was on the thinner side and was rather crisp, with the carbonation level being medium to high. Both were pretty nice of the sweeter and crisper flavors of the brew. Overall – It is an easy drinking lager that is rather refreshing and nice for spicy Indian food, but is really is nothing special or to pine over.

VinegarStroke (280) - Napa, California, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Bottle: Clear, pale gold and no head. Light pale malt nose. Very little aroma and almost no hops. Dry, not sour and low bitterness. Light and short. Very neutral mass market beer. It is clean. Won’t offend the majority of beer consumers who have no idea. It’s not balanced. It feels sweet and tastes like honey. There is no bitterness to balance.
