1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Nice dark yellow colour, poor aroma, tastes like yeast (aftertaste as bread). I was in restaurant at their brewery bit bartender did not know what style of beer he serves. Total disappointment.

Drunk on draft at the Skocjanske caves in Slovenia. Hoppy, yeasty beer. Very pleasant.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled from brewpub. Slightly hazy, golden yellow coloured with lively visible carbonation and small, longlasting, white head. Medium intensive malty aroma, honey, cereal and some yeasts. Fruity sweet flavor with light bitter aftertaste. Nice, oily texture and medium to full body makes it to go down the throat nicely and leaves nice, longlasting aftertaste.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught, 0.3l. Clear golden color with medium thick and creamy white head and lively carbonation. Pleasant barley malt aroma, some grassy hops and lots of honey. Taste is malty, a bit too sweet, maybe also because of honey, while finished with gentle grassy bitterness. Medium body, thick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Good one + better than Temno...

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled, from the brewpub. Cloudy golden, rich creamy head. Milky malt aroma. Dryish with medium body and soft, filling mouthfeel. Slight grassy malt, creamy and honeyish. Fairly low bitterness. A gentle, satisfying beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
03/08 Draught at the brewpub. I noticed another brewpub in center of Kozina, so I wanted to try it to see if both have the same beer (thanks Rudi for stopping by so many times). So it poured murky lighter golden body with smaller head. Aroma was weak, but nice, unpasteurized hoppiness with some subtle honey malt as a base behind it. Flavor is simple, but pleasant, sourish apples combined with honey-like malts. Pretty full bodied with long, very nice sweetish finish. Definitely not the same beer as in a brewpub near Kozina town, this is much better.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at the brewpub. Pale yellow coloured, small white head, lively carbonation. Nice malty and hoppy aroma with notes of corn. In comparison with similar Slovenian home brewed beers this one isn’t watery. Very good beer.
