On tap at the brewery. Black with a light brown head. Aroma and flavor is roasted malts, dark chocolate, light coffee and smoky. The aftertaste is ashy. Average at best.

Pour on tap at the brewery, dark brownish black pour with thin off white head, aroma brought notes of roast, coffee, dark chocolate notes, nice spice notes in there with a hint of grain, slight caramel in there as well. Taste was nice up front, some caramel, toffee, cocoa powder, slight dark chocolate, roast, coffee notes, moving into an unfortunate tobacco ash finish. Wish it had stayed with the beginning flavor.
